Update 2.4.5 - Rewards and Heroism

Update 2.4.5 - Rewards and Heroism

A new update featuring daily rewards, progression beyond level 65, enhanced monsters, travel between cities, and a solid package of quality-of-life improvements.

🎁 Daily Rewards

  • You will receive daily rewards for logging into the game.
  • Reward quality increases with each consecutive day.
  • Rewards also scale with the level of the character that claims them.

⭐ Heroism Level

We want to give PvE a purpose at max level — for example, when farming monsters to level up enchanted weapons. All of this PvE should count toward the level ranking, and in the future the idea is for it to grant things like loot luck, gold, or greater materials when gathering.

  • You can now level up beyond level 65. This special level is called Heroism. It is infinite and will grant improvements in future patches. For now, it only affects the ranking.
  • All experience earned from level 65 onward is granted automatically after this implementation, with retroactive effect.

👹 Enhanced Monsters

Some monsters have a chance to spawn enhanced:

  • There are 3 enhancement tiers, each with more health and granting x3, x5, and x7 EXP and gold depending on the tier.
  • They will have a smoke animation colored by their tier (1 red, 2 purple, and 3 gold).
  • Depending on the tier, they have a chance to drop a chest. The higher the tier, the better the chest.
  • These monsters will be visible on the current map with a blink matching the monster’s color, so everyone on that map will know they are there.

🧭 Traveler

The ability to travel offers countless benefits — conquering castles much faster, ambushing players in other parts of the world, or gathering materials far more efficiently — so the cost of travel should not be insignificant. You can always walk instead and gather materials along the way ;).

  • Each city now has a new Traveler NPC marked with a compass symbol. This NPC lets you travel to other cities.
  • The gold cost to travel to other cities is calculated based on the distance between your current city and the destination.

🎮 Quality of Life / Interface

  • Friends now sync between both players, and if you remove a character from your friends list, you will disappear from theirs as well. Existing friends have been synchronized retroactively for this change, so every character that had you as a friend will now appear on your friends list so you can choose whether to remove them.
  • From the bank, you can now withdraw a full equipment set. This will pull the items needed to keep fighting at the highest level available (without withdrawing enchanted weapons or special tornado/level 60 chest robes), taking into account what you already have in your inventory or equipped.
  • The bank now has a “Deposit All” button that will try to store every droppable item in your inventory (it will not attempt to store items that do not drop on death).
  • The spell instructor now tells you when you will learn your next spells and upgrades.
  • NPCs now have a floating icon indicating their action, just like on the map.
  • On Android devices, you can now play in landscape in both orientations — you can rotate to your preferred direction (iOS already supported this).

🔧 Fixes

  • Life steal now applies correctly for Archers.
  • Mana reduction now works correctly on some spells in PvE.
  • GMs can now set a map as safe / unsafe for better control during events. This only works on maps that were originally unsafe. They also have improved ticket management.
