Update 2.5.1 - Warrior
In 2.3.2 we prioritized the Priest even though the Warrior was further along. It is finally here: the tankiest class in the game, built for melee. Alongside it come clan levels, seasons with history, and a solid package of improvements.
⚔️ New Class: Warrior
Welcome the Warrior!
Great skill with weapons and unprecedented toughness. In close combat, they have no rival.
- Equipment: melee weapons and shields (same gear style as the Paladin).
- Health: the highest in the game — 800 max HP at level 60.
- Energy instead of mana, like the Archer. Energy is restored when hitting monsters, and health regenerates passively.
- You can now create a Warrior character from class selection.
Warrior Spells
The Warrior mixes physical attacks with mobility, area damage, and self-sustain:
- Physical attack — Hits the enemy standing right in front of you. Damage depends on the equipped weapon.
- Invisibility (level 12) — Hides for a duration. Shared with the Archer.
- Remove (level 15) — Clears stun. Has a 25-second cooldown.
- Regeneration (level 8, upgrading through 50) — Heals you over time. At max rank it restores more health, with more ticks and a shorter cooldown.
- Whirlwind (level 15, upgrading to Deadly Whirlwind at 50) — Creates a fire whirlwind around you (3×3 area) that deals magical damage to nearby enemies.
- War Leap (level 18, upgrading through 50) — Choose a nearby area and leap to it, dealing physical damage to enemies on impact (3×3 area). The leap deals no damage on safe maps.
🏰 Clan Levels
Clans now have a level. Raising it increases the maximum number of members.
- A clan starts at level 1 with 10 members.
- Each level grants +3 members.
- Maximum level is 10 (37 members).
Only the leader can level up the clan from the clan panel. The required gold and items are consumed from their inventory (not the bank).
Requirements scale with level. The panel always shows what is needed next:
- Gold — from the usual in-game economy.
- Dragon wings — dropped by the Ancient Dragon, in the dragon cave to the southeast (near the South Castle).
- Dragon skulls — dropped by the Zombie Dragon, in the same cave.
- Clan eggs — dropped by Eternatus, the world tornados, and enhanced open-world monsters (not dungeon ones).
- Trophies — dropped by Eternatus (the Underworld one and the dungeon one).
🏆 Seasons and History
20-day seasons are now a live system, with a countdown and automatic close.
- The ranking shows the season number and time remaining.
- When it ends, you get a history recap for that season: winners for clans, personal clan points, arena, kills, level, and gold, along with the rewards granted.
- After the close, season rankings reset and the next season begins.
Results are stored, so each season stays on record.
🪙 Gold Purchase Discount
We have reduced the price of every gold pack in the EOCoins store by 15%.
🔢 Enchantments
Enchanted weapons now display their stat numbers on the icon (as percentages, colored by skill). They show up in the inventory, equipment, bank, trade, and market.
We want life steal to let you play aggressively and soak damage while you keep attacking.
- Enchanted weapon life steal can now reach 70% (previously 35%). Existing weapons with life steal will be adjusted to the new maximum.
🏰 Dungeons
We want dungeons to matter a lot for gold, items, and experience, but we have noticed that a character can go from 45 to 60 in too little time and the experience is excessive.
- Dungeon experience has been reduced. Loot and gold remain unchanged.
🔧 Fixes
- Priest shield: the shield sometimes failed to display correctly or stayed drawn on the health bar after it expired. Duration and amount now stay in sync across the character, focus, and hub.
- Top hub: the clickable area of the top hub no longer covers the entire health bar and name. Only the level circle opens the menu, leaving more of the screen free to play and cast spells.
- Unequip: unequipping an item that lowered max health could sometimes drop HP to 0 and make the character look dead. If you still had health, unequipping can no longer drop you below 1 HP.
